Elizabeth Gillies
Gillies started her acting career at 12 when she began attending local casting shows. Gillies soon began to appear in commercials for companies such as Virgin Mobile. Gillies debut television appearance was as a regular character in three episodes from The Black Donnellys. Her parents did not allow her to view the entire program because they believed it wasn't appropriate. (citation required) In 2008 she appeared in small roles in the show The Clique, Harold, and Locker 514. She was cast during August of 2008 as Lucy along with Ariana Grande, who was her co-star from Victorious as part of Jason Robert Brown's musical 13. Following that, the Broadway adaptation of 13 launched, and was the first Broadway production to have all cast members comprised of teens. Gillies performed in two major performances "Opportunity" as well as "It Doesn't Make Sense" in addition to smaller roles in songs for instance, the "title track, "Hey Kendra" and "Getting Ready". Gillies worked with the team from January 4 to 2009.
